The Eastern Division had a 3-0 lead until the seventh inning when the West scored four runs on four hits and a fielder’s choice. The West continued to hold the lead as they scored another run in the eighth inning. In the bottom of the ninth the East attempted to make a come-back as they scored one run on an error and a double.
“It was good to see such a closely match game,” said Power President Andrew Starke. “It shows just how competitive our league is with the Rancho Belago Rockets from the Eastern Division Winning the League Championship this year and the Western Division All-stars winning the game tonight.”
